BTW are an independent soft drinks company based in the heart of London who specialise in Tonic Waters a Syrups. The idea for BTW came about at popular London Gin bar, 214 Bermondsey, when owner, Nick Crispini and fellow Gin lover Lawrence Mason found that the diverse styles and flavours of Gins were too often being stripped of their individuality when mixed with the limited choice of commercially available Tonic Waters. They set about to create a Tonic Water designed to preserve and complement the distinct flavours in every Gin using only naturally extracted South American Quinine & three other ingredients.
